Arrival and Departure
The site is open year-round, but the maximum length of stay is three nights. Arrival is possible from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and 24/7 during your stay. Departure must be by 12:00 PM on the day of departure. The QR code, which the renter automatically receives after paying the booking/utility fee, can be used to operate the barrier for entry and exit, as well as all electricity and water dispensers and the showers in the sanitary building.

Payment/Cancellation
You will receive a QR code, which is required for entry and exit, as well as for the restrooms.
In the event of cancellation, the following terms apply:
- Up to 4 days before the first day of your booking, a €5 processing fee will be charged.
- From 3 days before the booking, the entire overnight price is due.
Camping pitches that have been canceled will be released for further rental.

Access
Access to the Ringsheim parking space is only permitted to designated parking space users! The space may only be used by vehicles with third-party insurance and a valid gas inspection. Parking is only permitted in the reserved or booked parking space. Parking in pitches that have not been booked at all or selected incorrectly (occupying a pitch with a wrong number) will be charged. Keeping spaces free with any objects is not permitted. After completing your booking, a QR code will be generated and sent automatically. On the day of arrival or during your booked stay, the barrier to or from the Ringsheim parking space can be opened using this QR code.
Guests may not sublet booked spaces to third parties.

House Rules
The instructions of the operator and its employees must always be followed. EMUK GmbH & Co. KG, located at Emmendinger Str. 4 in Ringsheim, is authorized, as the operator, to remove persons from the site if this appears necessary to maintain safety and order at the Ringsheim parking area and in the interest of the parking guests.
Any theft will be reported to the police, and a processing fee of €50 will be charged.

Order and Cleanliness
The pitch must be left clean before departure. Waste of any kind must be disposed of exclusively in the provided disposal stations or taken with you (waste separation is mandatory). Order and cleanliness are a natural responsibility of all site users. All facilities and equipment must be treated with care. If you notice any defects or damage to the technical equipment or facilities, please let us know (info@stellplatz-ringsheim.de).
Please dispose of cigarettes in the designated ashtray at the entrance to the sanitary building. Draining wastewater tanks or toilet tanks is only permitted at the designated drain station (to the right of the entrance).

Dogs
Dogs are permitted but must be kept on a leash at all times. Dog waste must be removed immediately and without request. Appropriate dog stations are located on our site.

Open Fires
Open fires and barbecues with charcoal or other combustible materials are prohibited. Electric and gas barbecues are permitted on the pitch. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all buildings.

Quiet Hours/Consideration for Other Guests
Please be considerate of other guests and avoid disturbing noise. In particular, quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM must be observed.

Safety/General
The following traffic regulations and walking speed limit generally apply on the site. Even though the Ringsheim parking space is under video surveillance, this does not constitute an assumption of custody or liability, especially not for theft or damage caused by third parties or other tenants. Use and access to the site are at your own risk. Any claims for damages against the operator are excluded. The following are not permitted on the Ringsheim parking space: the storage of flammable or explosive operating materials, objects, or liquids; empty fuel containers; the unnecessary running of engines; the parking of vehicles with leaking fuel tanks or engines or in an unsafe condition; the repair or maintenance of vehicles; and the contamination of the parking facility, especially by cleaning the vehicle, draining coolant, operating fluids, or oil.

Please be aware that winter clearance service on the Ringsheim motorhome parking space is limited.
The renter and their accompanying persons are entitled to use all utilities and sanitary facilities located at the Ringsheim parking space for a flat-rate service fee. The flat-rate service fee must be paid by the renter along with the parking fee. ​ The Ringsheim parking space provides the renter with shared use of the sanitary facilities (showers, toilets, washing areas) located on the site upon payment of the parking fee and the flat-rate service fee. The access code required to open the door will be communicated to the renter individually via the Ringsheim parking system after the stay has been successfully booked and is intended exclusively for use by the renter and any accompanying persons traveling in the same vehicle. Disclosing the access code to other persons is prohibited. ​ In the event of a violation of the terms of use or other disturbances to the property, the Ringsheim parking space is entitled to have the vehicle removed at the renter's expense and risk. The Ringsheim parking space is also entitled to remove the vehicle from the parking facility to avert danger.

Business
The practice of a business, any kind of sale, or display of vehicles is prohibited. In exceptional cases, special permits must be agreed upon in advance with the campsite operators.

Liability
The renter is liable for all damage caused to EMUK GmbH & Co. KG or third parties by themselves, their employees, their agents, or their companions. They are obligated to report any damage to EMUK GmbH & Co. KG without being asked to do so before leaving the parking facility. Furthermore, the renter is liable for any culpable contamination of the parking facility. By booking a parking space or parking your vehicle at Stellplatz-Ringsheim, you accept our site regulations, general terms and conditions, and privacy policy.
